Live transcription of conference proceedings, TV and Radio
shows. *		 Special rates applicable and shall be quoted on demand.
* = requires pre-arrangement.
+One line = 65 characters including spaces.

Price includes:
1. Receipt of voice files in Transcription Server and assigning file identification number.
2. Downloading for transcription.
3. Transcribing to Word document as per TAT ordered.
4. Uploading the transcribed Word document and the original voice file to Transcription Server.
5. Reporting the completion of the job via email.
6. Billing information and billing as per option selected.
7. Tracking and monitoring the transcription orders.
8. Retaining the original voice file and the transcribed word document for 15 days in the Transcription
    Server.  

 • Audio tape/CD conversion to digital files.
 a)  Converting audio tapes to digital mp3 format - $20 per tape/CD of runtime up to one hour.
 b)  Shipping + handling charges extra ( for return of tapes).
