• Enter username, password and press "GO"

• Click on "Document Search" Menu.
• Enter your search criteria in the form and press "Submit"

• All the Search Result will be listed for the given criteria.
• Click on client name will display client address (See step 4.)
• Click on "more" to view the transcribed document (See step 5.)

|
• Click on the "client name" to view the "Client Address"
|
|
|
|
|
|
• Click on the "more" to view the transcribed document content
• Click on the "Download Doc" Link to down load the document
|
|
|
|
|
|
• Click log out to exit (or)
• Choose another menu option (or)
• Close the browser.
