2. How to Submit an audio file for transcription.
You may submit audio files of different formats like[.mp3, .wav, .wma, .m3u, .pls, .cda, .mid etc. ]. These files may be prepared
using digital voice recorders such as DS-2000 or DW-90. The system will accept audio files of different formats. Follow the
instructions below irrespective of the file type.

• Enter username, password and press "GO"
|
|
|
|
|
|
• Click on "Submit audio files" from the menu.
• Click on "Browse" button to select the audio file to be uploaded from your hard
disk. Click on Upload to the portal.

|
|
|
• On successful upload, you can view the audio file listed below along with the existing files if any.
• Click "Submit", to submit the audio files listed for transcription.

|
|
|
|
• On successful Submit, it displays the details of the files uploaded with user name,
date uploaded etc., You may take a printout of the same for your records.

• Click log out to exit (or)
• Choose another menu option (or)
• Close the browser.
